Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with me at Liebert Consulting. I’m committed to providing you with the best coaching experience possible. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

1. No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a session has been completed or a coaching package has been fully delivered, payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel a session, I will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  • If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if you miss the session entirely, a cancellation charge of $150 will apply. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided in these cases.

I highly recommend giving as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. This allows both of us to manage our time effectively.
