Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of services provided by Liebert Consulting, a coaching practice offering business and career development services, as well as life coaching. By engaging with my services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Liebert Consulting offers coaching services aimed at assisting individuals and businesses in achieving their career and business goals. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Career coaching

  • Business coaching and consultation

  • Leadership development

  • Skill enhancement workshops

  • Goal setting and planning

  • Interview preparation and job search strategies

  • Life Coaching

2. Payment & Fees

  • Fees: All fees for coaching services will be provided to the Client in advance of the first session or as agreed upon in the coaching package. Fees may vary based on the package or service selected.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal. Full payment must be made prior to the start of any coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. If a Client is dissatisfied with the services, they may contact me within 7 days for a discussion, but no refunds will be provided.

3. Coaching Session Policy

  • Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A schedule will be provided at the beginning of the coaching program.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid being charged. If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered a forfeited session.

  • Duration: Each session typically lasts 1 hour, unless otherwise specified.

 

4. Confidentiality

  • Liebert Consulting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Any personal, business, or financial information provided will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

  • Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply in cases where there is a threat to personal safety or the safety of others or where disclosure is required by law (e.g., subpoenas or legal proceedings).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Active Participation: The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching sessions, complete any assignments, and provide necessary feedback.

  • No Guarantee of Results: While Liebert Consulting will work diligently to support the Client in achieving their business and career goals, no specific outcomes, results, or guarantees are provided. Success depends on the Client’s commitment and efforts.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by [Your Business Name], including but not limited to worksheets, articles, videos, and other materials, is owned by [Your Business Name] and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of this content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liebert Consulting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the coaching services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the information or advice provided.

  • The Client understands that business and career coaching involves personal decision-making, and Liebert Consulting does not assume responsibility for the Client’s actions or results from using the coaching services.

8. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees owed by the Client must be paid within 7 days.

  • Liebert Consulting reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to make payment or engages in abusive behavior during sessions.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Both parties agree to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions. Any harassment, discriminatory behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.​

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [location].

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Liebert Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email. By continuing to use the services after such changes, the Client agrees to abide by the revised Terms.
